CPA Mercy Sila
National Chairperson
A seasoned business leader with over 15 years experience in entrepreneurship and women's economic empowerment. As founder of several successful enterprises, she brings practical business acumen to her leadership role. Mercy has been instrumental in establishing regional chapters across Tanzania and forging international partnerships for TWCC.
Dr. Mwajuma Hamza
Executive Director
An accomplished academic and policy expert with a PhD in Gender and Development Economics. Dr. Hamza has served as advisor to multiple government ministries on women's economic inclusion policies. Her strategic leadership has positioned TWCC as a key stakeholder in national economic planning, particularly in sectors where women entrepreneurs are underrepresented.
